She was friendly, professional, and took the time to walk me through everything step-by-step and made sure I was comfortable. She made sure I understood the process and, most importantly, made me feel at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about the patients she helps. We had a great experience with Dr. Kuang and his team. Dr. Kuang is highly skilled, and our daughter’s wisdom teeth removal went very smoothly. She had minimal pain and recovered very quickly. Jennifer was also wonderful—she was very helpful, thorough with the pre\- and post\-op instructions, and made scheduling appointments easy. We really appreciate their excellent care and would highly recommend Dr. Kuang and his team.

My 14 year old son and I had an amazing experience at OC Max Surgery. Jennifer was so attentive with my son before, during and after his extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth. She went over the pre and post operative instructions with us multiple times to make sure that we understood everything and that we would remember the importance of following the instructions. Dr Kwon also made him feel very comfortable and less anxious. My son was fully sedated and said he doesn’t even remember falling asleep. The team as a whole was outstanding, seems like they have a flow there and they’re pretty quick, in and out, but still show that they care. Jennifer also called us 4 hours after the surgery to make sure my son was doing ok. The facility itself is also very nice and clean, the waiting area is super comfy. They made sure to work with my insurance to get me the most coverage. Best part is that they accept Medi-cal/Denti-cal!! This was one of the best experiences we’ve had at a surgery place. Thank you Dr Kwon, but mostly thank you to Jennifer who was a warm and friendly face and made my son feel cared for. I appreciate you guys.

Dr. Farshidi’s office was amazing. My surgery went smoothly and his staff was super sweet. I am someone who is super anxious and nervous at the dentist, but they all put me at ease. Jennifer called after surgery to check up on how I was doing. that was super sweet. I had a great experience overall.

Staff was excellent here and provided great customer service. I got my wisdom teeth removed here and Jennifer did an amazing job on going through the aftercare with me and my family. You also can call her if you have any questions for after care. I was a little out of it when I first came out of surgery but she was able to explain everything to me again to ensure a smooth recovery. The doctor was also very professional and swift with it. I think I was only in there for max 45 min. So glad I came here instead of the oral surgeon I had originally.
